I’ll be teaching at Devotion Gallery in the Williamsburg part of Brookyln. Some very cool stuff goes on at this joint and I’m proud to be a part of it. My first project will be an idea that I was cookin’ in my last year at Berklee that involves some insane ensemble playing opportunites for guitarists that are into math metal/pissed off music. I’ll let the cat out of the bag soon enough.

If you’re an Ableton Live fan check out one of its founders, Robert Henke, at Devotion Gallery on Oct. 10th. Click here for details. Be aware: This event requires an RSVP. To do that you gotta go here.

Coming next month (October) will be a FREE on-line magazine hosted by the shred-master and fellow über-educator, Troy Stetina. I will part of the contributing writer staff that also includes Mark Tremonti (yup, the guy from Creed), Michael Angelo Batio (yep, the dual neck lunatic), Dale Turner (a former fellow G1 guy and current MI instructor) and other great player/educators.

I’ll be dropping a new column called Blues in the Present Tense where I will be expanding on ideas presented in my blues-based TrueFire courses such as Juiced Blues and Blues Progressions! It’s gonna be a good one.

Stay tuned for launch dates and more!
