I’m very psyched to have discovered FretWraps – a genius solution to string dampening made by the very cool folks at Gruv Gear. The FretWraps came onto my radar just as I was creating the content for Guitar Gym: Tapping. What better way to see if they cut the mustard than to roll right into a three-day shoot down at TrueFire’s studio?! I ended up keeping the FretWrap on for all three titles – they’re great!! I’m also upgrading my cartage gear with Gruv Gear’s V-Cart Solo and Carpeted Puzzle Decks.

Gruv Gear is a very welcome addition to my gear collective. I’ll be using FretWraps for everything from here on in and the V-Cart will make carting around my heavy artillery a much easier affair.
